Join the Dilawri Group as an Outbound Automotive Sales Consultant

The Dilawri Group of Companies, Canada’s largest automotive group, is actively seeking an Outbound Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Mobile Sales Team. This dynamic role focuses on delivering VIP customer service and supports all dealerships and brands within the Dilawri Ontario network.

Primarily based out of Audi Thornhill, this role also involves working at various locations, including Markham Honda, Markham Acura, BMW Aurora, and others. Think of us as an in-house broker of automotive sales—delivering unmatched convenience and service for our customers

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads from various sources and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Meet and exceed individual and departmental performance goals
  • Build relationships with new customers through prospecting and referral networks
  • Provide a superior VIP customer experience that exceeds expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
  • Set monthly goals and develop strategies to achieve them

Qualifications:

  • Effective negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude
  • Experience in automotive sales or dealership operations (preferred, but not required)
  • Access to a reliable vehicle (travel between dealerships required)
  • A valid Ontario Driver’s License
  • OMVIC License (preferred, but not mandatory)
