Mercedes-Benz Langley is currently looking to fill a
position of an Assistant Service Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Assist
customers with service reminders, making appointments, recall
notifications, service visit follow-ups, and maintain a positive
relationship with customers.
- Ensure high
quality service and repairs are provided to customers.
- Maintain
service records and reporting procedures required by the manufacturer and
general management.
- Ensure
processes & standards are followed to ensure customer satisfaction and
efficient operations.
- Handle
escalated customer complaints.
- Assist the
Service Manager with general service day-to-day operations.
All successful
applicants must possess the following qualities:
- Minimum of 5
years' of combined experience in an automotive service environment (e.g.:
Service Advisor, Technician, and/or Shop Foreman).
- Effective
administrative and management capabilities.
- Self-efficient,
organized, dependable.
- Excellent
communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong
attention to detail, strong organization skills, and must be able to
effectively multi-task.
- Able to work
under minimal supervision.
- General
understanding of vehicle mechanics.
