Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position of an Pre-Owned Sales Manager.
Essential Duties:
- Assist with creating and
maintaining a team environment throughout the dealership, promoting a
culture of cooperation and collaboration with responsibility to achieve
common goals and objectives for the dealership.
- Lead daily and monthly sales
meetings as required.
- Ensure that customers are
provided with an unmatched ownership experience. Maintain active
involvement in all sales inquiries and the execution of effective sales
practices including personal interaction with each and every guest. Meet
guests early in the sales process; communicate direction and instruction
to sales consultants throughout the sales process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction
by building ongoing relationships with the customer base and resolving
customer issues related to the dealership, personnel and/or product. Make
management customer call backs to ensure the highest possible closing
ratio for the store.
- Assist with overseeing
coordination of inventory available for sale, display of vehicles on the
lot and showroom, and cleanliness of vehicles on display with pricing,
etc.
- Responsible for appraising
and evaluating the retail potential of vehicles, which requires being
attuned to the resale market both in the area and nationally.
- Assist with maintaining
updates of pre-owned inventory in all public listings including Auto
Trader, Motor Trader, etc.
- Recruit, train, coach,
develop and motivate team with an eye to setting individual goals and
achieving departmental targets.
- Other duties as required by
your local manager.
All successful applicants must possess
the following qualities:
- Minimum of 5 years of
experience in an automotive sales role.
- Minimum of 3 years of
experience in a management role.
- Proven leadership skills
with the ability to motive a team and drive results.
- Desire to exceed customer
expectations.
- Excellent judgment and
problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal,
presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and oral
communication skills.
- Ability to effectively
respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
- Broad product knowledge base
and trained in appraising vehicles of all makes.
- Computer skills: MS Office
(intermediate).
- Valid VSA license.
