The hours of this role are Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday or Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00
p.m. (Friday or Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the alternating day off.)

Position Overview:
As a BDC Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and
converting hot leads generated from online advertising and vehicle listings
posted online. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and
develop their skills as sales professionals in the automotive industry. You
will receive comprehensive training and guidance from experienced sales leaders
to help you succeed in this role. This Position requires no Cold Calling, only
deal with customers who want to purchase and ask for us to reach out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and leads generated through online advertising and vehicle listings.
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or chat to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and information to guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Develop a deep understanding of the vehicles in our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for customers to visit our dealership based on their preferences.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the sales team for in-person consultations.
- Participate actively in our sales training program to build essential sales skills.
- Shadow experienced salespeople to learn effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide additional information and support during the sales process.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documentation and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports on lead conversion activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- OMVIC License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and develop sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adequate computer proficiency.
- Previous sales/retail and/or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- The ability to multi-task and type 50 Words per minute is an asset
- Avid multi-tasking Mobile and computer gamers perform well in this position
