Mercedes-Benz Langley is currently looking to fill the position of a Service Greeter.
Reporting to the Service Manager,
Automotive Service Greeter is responsible for promptly and professionally
greeting customers ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of their work.
Workday is as required by Management
Essential Duties:
- Greet clients immediately
upon entering dealership.
- Offer clients beverages upon
entering.
- Check voice messages and
distribute to appropriate personnel.
- Keep on top of coffee area
ensuring coffee pods filled up for client selection, counter clean, paper
towel replenished, creamer, milk, cups, sugar, water, etc are all filled
and tidy.
- When receiving any mail for
the service center open and hand to parts or service manager to handle.
- File work orders, invoices,
and loaner agreements on a regular basis and ensure reception area clean
and tidy at all times.
- If client is waiting on an
advisor, notify advisor as soon as possible to ensure the client is taken
care of in a timely fashion.
- Assist advisors with paging
for client vehicles when necessary.
- Assist advisors by walking
client through invoices at pick up when needed.
- Daily Cash sheet to be
filled out with daily transactions and cash count along with Moneris Close
batch at the end of every shift.
- Supervise R plates.
- Sign up clients for Dilawri
Rewards when advisor hands in form filled out.
- File work orders, invoices,
and loaner agreements on a regular basis and ensure reception area clean
and tidy at all times. Make sure all work orders are closed before filing.
- Accept any client cash
transactions and fill out cash spreadsheet to ensure cash balance.
- Assist with ordering office
supplies when needed.
- Assist with final closing
invoices when needed.
- Any other administrative
duties that may come up.
- Complete assigned tasks on
time.
- Maintain workstation in a
clean & orderly manner.
- Maintain proper dress code.
- Take ownership of &
resolve problems as required.
- Assist with unforeseen
emergency issues as required.
- Other related duties as
assigned by management
