ROLE
We are looking for an Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies. The successful
candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager
to contribute to our growing team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships insuring timely loyalty and retention customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers
- Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care
- This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications
- 70+ Service calls are required per day
This role is a salary based role with additional pay incentives.
