ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Parts Shipper and Receiver to join our team at BMW Royal Oak/MINI. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for assisting all retail and wholesale customers and dealership Technicians in a professional and courteous manner.

·      Receives all deliveries and prepares all shipments.

·      Ensures all parts are documented appropriately.

·      Responsible for receiving all deliveries and verifying bills of lading.

·      Implements proper order and follow-up system for parts and comeback orders.

·      Verifies and shelves all stock orders or returns in the inventory system.

·      Distributes parts into bins for collection, distributes special order parts and destroys all authorized replaced warranty parts.

·      Prepares all outgoing shipments.

ABOUT YOU

·      Requires clear written and oral communication and a focus on excellent customer service

·      Ability to accurately review and complete documentation

·      Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize task

·      Must be able to effectively deal with customer’s requests or complaints

·      Strong attention to detail
