What You’ll Do

• Lead and coach the Pre-Owned Sales Department to achieve volume, profitability, and CSI objectives
• Desk vehicle deals and ensure all sales are structured in compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with Service and Reconditioning to ensure timely preparation of vehicles for delivery
• Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to review performance, programs, and opportunities
• Stay current on manufacturer programs, OEM incentives, and financial institution offerings
• Promote ongoing training and performance development for all team members
• Ensure compliance with all provincial licensing and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Proven leadership ability in an automotive sales environment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Positive, energetic, and hands-on management approach
• 2+ years of dealership management experience (pre-owned or new car)
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License
• OMVIC License (preferred; can be obtained upon hire)
