Position Overview 

 

The BDC Appointment Coordinator is based in Regina, Saskatchewan and reports directly to the BDC Manager. This role is a key member of the Business Development Centre (BDC) team, providing centralized appointment coordination and customer engagement services for multiple dealership locations.

 

The BDC team plays a strategic role in driving service department performance by ensuring consistent customer follow-up, maximizing appointment show rates, and identifying opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction. Through proactive outbound communication and effective use of customer relationship management systems, this position directly contributes to increased service revenue, operational efficiency, and an elevated customer experience across all supported dealerships.

 

As a primary point of contact for service customers, the BDC Appointment Coordinator helps build long-term customer relationships while supporting the organization’s commitment to excellence in service and customer care.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

 

·      Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.

·      Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.

·      This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.

·      85+ Service calls minimum is required per day.

Qualifications Required 

 

·        
Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.

·         Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.

·         Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.

·         Ability to learn multiple software applications.

·         Focus on exceptional customer service.

·         Previous service experience is considered an asset.
