Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill a position of a Production Manager.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Production Manager ensures every vehicle receives top-tier care while keeping technician productivity at peak levels. You’ll lead from the front — mentoring, motivating, and maintaining excellence every step of the way.

Essential Duties:

·         Schedule and manage technicians for maximum efficiency

·         Perform quality control inspections to guarantee perfection

·         Join customers for test drives when needed

·         Review and log customer comebacks for continuous improvement

·         Assist with dispatching work into the shop

·         Champion health & safety compliance

·         Diagnose complex vehicle issues and support technicians Partner with the Service

·         Manager on shop operations
