Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position of a Floor Manager.
The Floor Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sales Management team in overseeing daily showroom operations, supporting the sales team on the floor, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. He/she will act as a liaison between customers, sales consultants, and management, assisting with deal structure, desking, and closing transactions. The Floor Manager will also support the training and development of the sales team while ensuring dealership processes and policies are followed.
Essential Duties:
• Actively manage and control the showroom floor.
• Assist sales consultants throughout the sales process.
• Support negotiations and closing to achieve volume and gross objectives.
• Desk deals in alignment with management goals.
• Monitor showroom traffic and allocate prospects efficiently.
• Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and real‑time feedback to sales consultants.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new sales consultants.
• Reinforce dealership CRM usage for customer follow‑ups.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of sales documentation before Finance turnover.
• Work closely with the Finance Office to maximize finance and insurance penetration.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain consistent showroom standards and professional presentation.
• Assist in conducting daily sales meetings and product training sessions.
• Monitor sales activity, productivity, and performance levels.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the showroom floor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales Management.
Other Duties:
• Assist in maintaining a positive dealership image.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve floor processes and sales flow.
• Support dealership promotions, special events, and manufacturer programs.
• Work collaboratively with Service, Parts, and Business Office teams.
• Continue personal professional development toward leadership growth.
