New Car Sales Manager

Dilawri Group is seeking an experienced New Car Sales Manager to join our team at one of our Greater Toronto Area locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and is passionate about driving results while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation:
$100,000–$150,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the Sales Department
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards at all times
- Desk vehicle sales deals and support the sales team in closing transactions
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure timely vehicle preparation and delivery
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, address challenges, and implement initiatives
- Stay current on manufacturer programs, financial products, and promotions, ensuring team alignment
- Promote ongoing training through daily and weekly sales team development sessions
- Ensure compliance with all provincial licensing and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
- Passion for customer service with a results-driven mindset
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years of progressive automotive industry experience
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Valid OMVIC License preferred
