North Vancouver Nissan is seeking an experienced and motivated Pre‑Owned
Sales Manager to lead the Used Vehicle Department. Reporting to the
General Manager, this role oversees used vehicle sales performance, inventory
management, staff development, and daily department operations. The Pre‑Owned
Sales Manager sets sales objectives, evaluates team performance, supports
training initiatives, assists in forecasting and budgeting, and ensures all
dealership processes and customer service standards are upheld.This is a great opportunity, with a State of the Art Facility opening soon in the North Shore Automall. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven
experience in automotive sales management, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to drive results through coaching, accountability, and
effective inventory control. Compensation for this position is commission based. |

automotive sales management experience, preferably in used vehicles. ·

Knowledge
of dealership operations, inventory management, and CRM systems. ·
