Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Licensed Motorcycle Technician to join the team at Mississauga Harley-Davidson.

Apply to this position if you:

• Hold a valid 310G Motorcycle Technician License
• Have a valid G Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record and 3+ years of driving experience
• Have a strong passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand

Pay Rate: $30 - $34 hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Harley-Davidson motorcycles in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify mechanical or electrical issues.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex motorcycle systems.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate repair recommendations and service needs.
• Confirm warranty eligibility prior to completing warranty repairs.
• Inspect motorcycles to determine if additional safety or maintenance work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe riding practices to verify repairs and performance.
• Stay current with Harley-Davidson technical training, new model updates, and industry advancements.
• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service workspace.

Qualifications:

• Licensed 310G Motorcycle Technician with 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced service environment
• Harley-Davidson dealership experience or strong familiarity with V-twin engines and motorcycle systems considered an asset
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
• Knowledge of modern motorcycle technology and systems
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
