Pay Rate: This role is Commission based.
What We Offer:
- Present and sell F&I products designed specifically for riders, including extended service plans, protection packages, insurance products, and aftermarket coverage
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate motorcycle deliveries and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and explain all finance and lease documentation, ensuring customers clearly understand their agreements
- Assist riders in securing competitive financing options through various lenders
- Maintain accurate and complete deal files and customer documentation
- Manage all funding processes including down payments, lender approvals, and finance contract submissions
- Ensure all documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory and dealership standards
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the Harley-Davidson lifestyle and brand values
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience and results
- Proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Experience with First Canadian and 180 systems considered an asset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to take ownership of deals and follow them through to completion
- OMVIC License required
- 1–3 years of experience in automotive, motorcycle, or retail sales preferred
