Compensation:
$110,000 – $160,000 annually (inclusive
of base + performance-based bonuses)
About the
Role
As Sales
Manager, you are the driving force behind the dealership’s sales performance
and customer experience. You will lead, coach, and motivate your team to
consistently exceed targets while ensuring a seamless and exceptional buying
journey for every customer.
You bring
strong leadership, accountability, and energy — setting the tone for a
high-performing, collaborative sales culture.
Key
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team
of Sales Consultants to achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Resolve escalated customer
concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Partner with the General Manager
to review performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities
- Monitor and manage inventory to
ensure optimal availability and merchandising
- Enforce and uphold sales
processes, tools, and best practices (e.g., 1-80)
- Foster a positive team culture
that drives engagement, accountability, and results
What You
Bring
- Proven experience managing teams
of 5–10+ sales professionals
- OMVIC license required
- Experience with 1-80 and TMS
systems
- Valid driver’s license with a
clean record
- Strong leadership,
communication, and problem-solving skills
- High energy, results-driven
mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
high-volume environment
- Flexibility to work evenings
and Saturdays
