Position Overview
Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver - Collision Center is looking for a Detailer to join our
team. This position plays an important role in supporting dealership operations
by ensuring vehicles are prepared, detailed, and presented to the highest
standards.
The Detailer reports to the Body Shop Manager and works
closely with Sales and Service teams to support vehicle deliveries, lot
presentation, and customer satisfaction. This role contributes directly to the
dealership’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer
experience.
The pay for this position is
$20.30 per hour.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and detail customer vehicles and company
demonstration vehicles for delivery and display
·
Clean, protect, and preserve vehicle interiors
and exteriors to dealership quality standards
·
Perform quality control checks to ensure
vehicles meet presentation and safety expectations
·
Coordinate vehicle preparation timelines to
support deliveries and service operations
·
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the
detailing area and vehicle lot
·
Support productivity and efficiency within the
detail department
·
Operate vehicles safely in compliance with
dealership and regulatory requirements
·
Use computer systems as required, including
Outlook and dealership software
·
Perform additional duties as assigned by
management
Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
- Previous
training and/or experience in automotive detailing
- Experience
in a customer service–focused environment is an asset
Skills & Abilities
- Strong
attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Proven
time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent
organizational and prioritization skills
- Working
knowledge of Microsoft Outlook; familiarity with ADP is an asset
- Ability
to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Licenses & Requirements
- Valid
Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Legally
entitled to work in Canada
