Dilawri Group is hiring a Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician to join our team at INEOS Grenadier — a premium, rugged luxury 4x4 brand built for performance and precision.

This is a straight-time, hourly position in a high-quality environment — perfect for a technician who takes pride in diagnostics, electrical work, and doing the job right the first time.

Technicians with BMW or European brand experience and strong electrical diagnostic skills will excel in this role.

Pay: $75,000 – $125,000 annually (based on experience, hours worked, and productivity)

What You’ll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and drivability issues
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve concerns
• Complete detailed inspections and recommend additional work where needed
• Conduct road tests and ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Accurately complete repair orders and technical reports
• Collaborate with advisors and team members to keep workflow smooth
• Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and systems

Requirements

• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License
• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Assets That Will Set You Apart

• Knowledge of 4WD systems
• Previous dealership experience
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle electronics
