Position Overview
The Dilawri Group of Companies is currently seeking a Warranty
Administrator to join our team at Porsche Centre Vancouver. This role plays a
critical part in supporting dealership operations by ensuring all warranty
claims are accurately processed, submitted, and reconciled in a timely manner.
Reporting to the Service Manager (and working closely with
the Accounting team), the Warranty Administrator contributes to operational
efficiency, compliance with manufacturer policies, and overall customer
satisfaction by maintaining accurate warranty controls and processes.
The expected pay for this position is
$30.00 - $36.00 per hour
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Assess warranty codes, invoice details, and
submit warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer timelines
·
Maintain warranty control records and reconcile
warranty schedules for the Accounting department
·
Ensure all warranty return parts are properly
tagged, shelved, secured, and tracked
·
Sort, package, and ship warranty parts returns
as required by manufacturers
·
Monitor warranty claim payments and report any
discrepancies or concerns to the Service Manager
·
Keep current with manufacturer warranty policies
and procedures and communicate updates to relevant staff
·
Maintain organized and up-to-date warranty
documentation and files
·
Support operational efficiency through strong
attention to detail and adherence to internal controls
·
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications Required
Education & Experience
- Post-secondary
diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent combination of
education and experience
- Minimum
of two (2) years of warranty administration experience, preferably within
an automotive dealership environment
Skills & Abilities
- Basic
knowledge of vehicle mechanics or the ability to quickly understand
automotive systems and components
- Strong
organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage
multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional
attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Strong
interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working
relationships across departments
- Customer-focused
mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
- Proficient
with dealership management systems and standard office software (e.g.,
Microsoft Office)
