Truck Sales Specialist

We are currently seeking a motivated
and results-driven Truck Sales Specialist to join our team,
supporting sales across Frost GMC, Thorncrest Ford, and Vaughan Chrysler.
This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about
trucks and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Pay Rate: This role
is Commission based.
As a Truck Sales Specialist, you will be
responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right truck solutions to
meet their personal or business needs. You will work across multiple brands,
offering expert knowledge and delivering an exceptional customer experience
from initial inquiry through to delivery.
Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships
with retail and commercial clients
·
Identify customer needs and recommend
appropriate truck solutions
·
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of GMC,
Ford, and Chrysler truck models and features
·
Manage the full sales cycle, including
prospecting, follow-up, and closing deals
·
Maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and sales activities
·
Collaborate with management and finance
teams to ensure smooth transactions
·
Stay up to date on product knowledge,
incentives, and market trends
Qualifications:
·
Previous Automotive or truck sales experience
preferred
·
Strong understanding of truck features,
capabilities, and commercial applications is an asset
·
Effective negotiation skills, with the
ability to make sound decisions
·
Ability to build and maintain rapport
with customers
·
A passion for customer service
·
Positive Can-Do Attitude
·
Industry experience preferred
·
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with 3+
years driving experience
·
Valid OMVIC License required
