Position Overview
BMW Royal Oak is actively
searching for Parts Representatives to join our growing team at Dilawri Group!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- This position has a focus on over the counter customers
- Maintaining and managing the BMW and MINI apparel and showroom
- Provide
exceptional customer service by assisting customers in identifying and
ordering the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Collaborate
with service technicians and other team members to ensure accurate and
timely fulfillment of parts orders.
- Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of parts catalogues, pricing and inventory
levels.
- Process
parts orders, track shipments, and keep customers updated on the status of
their orders.
- Handle
customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues or
concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep
accurate records of parts inventory, order history and customer
interactions.
- Prepare
parts invoices.
- Ensure
your work station is clean and in an orderly manner.
- Examine
returned parts for defects.
- Exchange
defective parts or refund the customer.
