Position Overview
Mercedes-Benz North Vancouver is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Concierge to serve as the dealership’s first point of contact. This role manages a multi‑line
switchboard, greets and directs visitors, and provides general administrative
support including filing, mail handling, and basic clerical tasks. Maintaining
a clean, welcoming front desk is essential.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills,
excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and
as part of a team.
The expected pay for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- First impression & guest experience: They own the moment a customer walks in. Warm greeting, eye contact, quick acknowledgment, and making people feel comfortable right away. This sets the tone for everything that follows.
- Traffic management & logging: Every guest gets logged properly (name, contact, reason for visit). Direct customers to the right person (sales, service, parts) quickly and accurately. No missed opportunities.
- Appointment coordination: Confirm upcoming appointments, notify the team when customers arrive, and help keep the showroom/service flow organized. They help turn “walk-ins” into structured opportunities.
- Communication hub: Answer phones, manage inbound inquiries, and route messages clearly. They’re the filter that keeps things from getting messy and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.
- Showroom & hospitality standards: Keep the front area clean, organized, and inviting. Coffee station stocked, desks presentable, overall vibe aligned with a premium experience.
- Other
duties as assigned by management
