Dilawri Group in Ontario is now
actively searching for a BDC- Service Coordinator. Located at Dixie Road
& Highway 401 in Mississauga, our team doesn’t just schedule service
appointments, we create exceptional customer experiences! If you’re energetic,
organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the
opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Pay Rate: $40,000-$60,000/yr
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for customers scheduling their
vehicles for service
- Proactively connect with new and existing customers to promote
recommended maintenance and services
- Manage inbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional
contact-centre environment
- Build strong relationships with customers and dealership teams while
learning about new promotions and services we offer
- Meet quality and performance benchmarks while delivering exceptional
service
- Perform other tasks, based on management requirements and
instructions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (Automotive experience is a
valued asset but not required)
- Customer focussed mindset with strong written, phone, and digital
communication skills
- Team player with a positive, solution focussed attitude
- Ability to stay organized, detailed oriented, and calm under
pressure
- High school diploma level education
Three-week Rotation Schedule:
- Weeks 1 & 2: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (1-hour
unpaid lunch)
- Week 3: Includes a Saturday shift – 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (a day off
during the week will be provided when Saturday is scheduled)
Rotation Cycle:
- This three-week schedule repeats continuously: two weeks of Monday–Friday shifts followed by one week including a Saturday shift.
