Dilawri Group is now actively
searching for a General Manager to join the team at Bolton Toyota.
As the General Manager, you will
oversee the daily operations of the dealership and be responsible for its
overall profitability and success. This role requires a strategic leader with a
passion for driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and developing a
high-performing team
Responsibilities:

Lead all dealership operations,
including Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, Parts, and Administration.
·
Drive profitability, market share,
customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
·
Develop and execute strategic business
plans and annual operating budgets.
·
Coach, mentor, and develop department
leaders while fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
·
Monitor key performance indicators and
implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
·
Build and maintain strong relationships
with customers, manufacturer representatives, employees, and community
partners.
·
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer
standards, company policies, and applicable legislation.
·
Champion an exceptional customer
experience across all departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum
10 years of progressive automotive retail experience.
- Minimum
5 years in a senior leadership role such as General Manager, General Sales
Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or equivalent.
- Proven
success leading dealership operations and achieving strong financial
results.
- Strong
leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Excellent
business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance
management.
- Exceptional
communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Valid
OMVIC Registration and Ontario Driver's Licence.
- Completion
of the NADA Executive Leadership Academy or equivalent executive
automotive leadership program is considered a strong asset.
