Position Overview
Dilawri Group of Companies is
actively searching for a Receptionist to join the team at Dilawri Group!
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptional
customer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greet
and assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
- Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls in
a professional and courteous manner.
- Provides basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri
Group in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to the
appropriate individual or department.
- Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge and
ensures it is well stocked.
- Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic,
distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chit
books and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventory
lists and ordering business cards.
- Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software and
maintains customer relationship management alerts and customer
maintenance.
