Position Overview 

 

We are looking for a Collision Repair Advisor to join our team at Dilawri Collision Centre Calgary. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.

This is a salaried position with set hours, however, there may be additional time required outside of normal operating hours depending on shop production and in order to accommodate client requests.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

·         Greeting clients when they arrive and creating a legendary experience

·         Qualifying related damages and unrelated damages

·         Ensuring all repairs follow OEM repair guidelines

·         Performing a walk around with the client to ensure accuracy of the repair

·         Creating damage appraisals covering the extent of repairs needed

·         Having Clear and concise communication between client and production teams

·         Supporting production teams through writing supplements and providing updates to our clients

·         Preprinting invoices and being client ready upon completion of repairs

·         Delivering repaired vehicles to client and answering any questions about the repair process

Qualifications Required 

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • 2-5 years of collision industry experience is required to be successful in this role
  • 2-5 years of collision and vehicle repair estimating is required to be successful in this role
  • Ability to work independently without close supervision and the ability to self-motivate and take initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Customer service focused with strong attention to detail
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
