Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Service
Advisor to join the team at Mississauga Harley-Davidson
As a forward-facing customer focused
staff member, you will bring a positive, sales-oriented attitude to work and
assist our customers with their routine maintenance and performance upgrades
for their beloved H-D bike.
Working closely with the Service team,
you will promote our unique Rewards+ program to all clients.
You will schedule pick-ups and
drop-offs of customer bikes. You will schedule work for technicians and
generate business through phone calls, SMS messaging and email outreach.
Customer follow-up after work will also be part of the role. CXI scoring will be
a performance metric of this role.
Work schedule is Monday – Friday
9:30am – 5:30pm during the fall-winter-early spring seasons. The summer riding
season schedule will include alternating Saturdays.
Experience in Motorcycle or Automotive
parts and / or Service is an asset, but if you bring the will we will educate
you on the skills needed to accel in the role.
Pay Rate: $24-$26/Hour
Responsibilities:
- Tower operate all work
- Provide front-line customer service and sales for
the Service Department
- Greeting customers on the phone or in the
Dealership
- Handle internal sales to service processes -
communicating with all techs
- Providing repair recommendations
- Explaining the nature of repairs
- Advising customers how to look after their
vehicles
- Scheduling appointments
- Scheduling transportation
- Warranty administration
- Selling labour
- Providing an extraordinary experience for all
customers
Qualifications:
- Auto/Motorcycle advisor experience required
- H-D exposure and lifestyle a considerable
asset
- Experience as an automotive or powersports
advisor, but not mandatory
- Dealer VU experience preferred but not mandatory
- An aptitude for customer relations/service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to sell required maintenance
- Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- M license preferred but not mandatory
