$65,000 - $90,000

What
You'll Do
As our
Regional Sales Event Specialist, you'll play a key role in improving
dealership performance by developing teams, leading sales initiatives, and
coaching employees to achieve measurable results.
Your
responsibilities will include:
- Lead high-impact sales events across multiple Ontario
dealerships.
- Coach Sales Consultants, BDC teams, Finance Managers,
and dealership leadership on proven sales strategies and best practices.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns designed
to increase appointments, showroom traffic, and vehicle sales.
- Deliver engaging sales training focused on call
handling, objection management, appointment setting, CRM best practices,
and customer experience.
- Provide real-time coaching through observation,
role-playing, and performance feedback.
- Analyze dealership performance using key metrics
including outbound calls, appointments booked, show rates, closing ratios,
and sales conversion.
- Partner with General Managers and Sales Managers to
identify opportunities for growth and execute dealership sales strategies.
- Plan and facilitate daily kick-off meetings while
maintaining enthusiasm and momentum throughout each sales event.
- Welcome customers during sales events, oversee
registration, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding first
impression.
- Support dealership teams throughout the sales process
to maximize opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Travel regularly throughout Ontario to support
dealership events and coaching initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications
- OMVIC Certification is required.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales, finance, BDC, or
dealership leadership experience.
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager, BDC Manager,
Internet Sales Manager, Sales Trainer, or other dealership leadership role
is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and improve sales
performance.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, appointment
generation, and dealership sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and
identify coaching opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal
skills.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and facilitating
meetings.
- Willingness to travel frequently throughout Ontario.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
