Position Overview 

 

We are looking for a BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies - Regina, SK. The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.  

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

 

·      Responsible for appointment coordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.

·      Identify and qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of service and customer care.

·      This role provides multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software applications.

·      75+ Service calls minimum is required per day.

 

Qualifications Required 

 

·      Excel at customer service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.

·      Clear and pleasant voice quality is required for telephone communication.

·      Attention to detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.

·      Ability to learn multiple software applications.

·      Focus on exceptional customer service.

·      Previous service experience is considered an asset.
