Dilawri Group is
actively seeking an Account Manager – Mobile Sales & Business
Development to join our Mobile Sales Team.
Compensation:
Commission-Based
About the Role
This role is ideal for
a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, generating new
business, and creating opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives,
and proactive customer outreach. Whether your background is in automotive sales,
business development, or marketing, you'll have the opportunity to grow your
career while representing one of Canada's leading automotive groups.
Responsibilities
•
Follow up on leads generated through a variety of sources.
•
Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals,
community outreach, and relationship building.
•
Support marketing initiatives by promoting campaigns, events, and special
offers to prospective customers.
•
Leverage social media, digital platforms, and CRM tools to engage prospects and
build a strong sales pipeline.
•
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners
to generate new opportunities.
•
Represent the Dilawri brand at dealership events, community events, and
networking opportunities.
•
Meet individual and departmental sales goals.
•
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.
•
Demonstrate a high level of product knowledge by participating in ongoing
manufacturer and dealership training.
•
Establish monthly sales objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
•
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current vehicle models and product offerings.
Qualifications
•
Experience in sales, business development, marketing, account management, or
customer acquisition is considered an asset.
•
Automotive dealership or automotive sales experience is preferred but not
required.
•
Experience using social media or digital marketing to generate leads is an
asset.
•
Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
•
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple
priorities.
•
Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
•
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
•
Positive, energetic, and results-driven attitude.
•
Must have access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between dealerships is
required.
•
Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a minimum of three years' driving
experience.
•
Valid OMVIC Licence is considered an asset.
