Position Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time
Filing Clerk to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies - Regina, SK.
The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive
industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities
· Document
Organization: Sort and file paperwork alphabetically, numerically, or
chronologically in physical cabinets and digital databases.
· File
Retrieval: Find and deliver requested files and maintain logs to track
borrowed documents.
· Archiving
& Purging: Safely store long-term files or destroy outdated records
following company rules.
· Ordering
supplies: Order office supplies, verify receipt of items and send invoice
to AP to process.
· Distribute
office supply orders: Receive orders by email and organize items to be sent to
dealerships.
· Dealership
cash pickup: Daily go to the 8 dealerships and collect cash from the safe.
· Weekly
Bank run: Take cash and deposit at BMO.
· Credit
Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit cards daily and follow up on unpaid items
weekly.
· Gas
Books: Track and manage gas booklets on spreadsheet.
· Confidentiality:
Protect sensitive and private company or client information
Qualifications Required
· Attention
to Detail: Accuracy in labeling, sorting, and filing.
· Organization:
Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
· Computer
Literacy: Familiarity with office software and emails
· Education:
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
