ABOUT THE ROLE
We
are looking for a BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our team with Dilawri Group of Companies.
The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive
industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
·
Responsible for
appointment coordination for multiple dealerships, ensuring timely customer
contact, service prospecting and assisting incoming service customers.
·
Identify and
qualify customer opportunities for growth and improvement in the area of
service and customer care.
·
This role provides
multiple levels of customer follow-up through several call types and software
applications.
·
75+ Service calls
minimum is required per day.
ABOUT YOU
·
Excel at customer
service and enjoy contacting and assisting customers on the telephone.
·
Clear and pleasant
voice quality is required for telephone communication.
·
Attention to
detail to ensure all customer requests and information is correctly entered.
·
Ability to learn
multiple software applications.
·
Focus on
exceptional customer service.
·
Previous service
experience is considered an asset.
