ROLE
& RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support
outbound and inbound phone calls for multiple stores.
·
Book
sales appointments to maximize each sale’s department availability to sell
·
Follow
up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit
·
Provide
customers a positive experience through excellent service.
·
Successfully
achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPI goals established by the BDC Manager
·
Maintain
knowledge of all sales product offerings
·
Working
in a process-driven work environment with multiple software applications.
·
Working
with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.
·
Capture
and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines
·
Respond
to all email, voicemail and text messages as required
·
Must
follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward
any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
·
Collaborate
with team members to support customer demands
·
Other
duties assigned by BDC Manager
