Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at Dixie Mazda

Apply to this position if you:

  • Have experience in an automotive service Department and/or as a Service Advisor.
  • Have a valid Ontario Driver's License.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department
  • Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
  • Providing repair recommendations
  • Explaining the nature of repairs
  • Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Selling labour
  • Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

  • G license, clean driving record
  • Service Advisor experience
  • CDK experience preferred
  • An aptitude for customer relations/service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to sell required maintenance
  • Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
