Dilawri Group in Ontario is now actively searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the team at Frost GMC in Brampton.

Responsibilities:

• Actively sell/lease new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Assist the Sales Managers in leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the

sales process.

• Uphold effective processes and procedures to improve sales and profitability.
• Train, mentor, and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge, as directed by Sales Manager.
• Ensure all department staff are licensed and trained prior to communicating with customers.
• Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle sales with Sales & Leasing Consultants.
• Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-up by telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit to the Dealership.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure a well-maintained and appealing showroom, managing inventory levels efficiently.
• Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team

·       Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

·       Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.

·       Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.

·       Solid understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and the GM brand is a plus.

• Valid Driver’s License for Ontario
• Valid OMVIC License
• Experience with OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
