Lot Attendant

searching for a Lot Attendant to join the team at 401 Dixie Kia.
Apply to this position if you:
- Are available Full-time including evenings and Saturday’s.
- Have a valid G license.
- Have prior experience attending a dealership car lot.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and organize vehicles on the lot to maximize space and enhance the overall appearance.
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness and report any damages or issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all vehicles are properly labeled with pricing and other required information.
- Participate in vehicle delivery; wash and gas the vehicle before schedule delivery.
- Participate in dealer trades, or other driving duties.
- Perform regular lot maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, trash removal, and snow removal during inclement weather.
- Ability to drive and operate standard transmission vehicles.
- Aptitude for customer relations.
Qualifications:
- Must be hardworking and organized, and able to work in
outdoor conditions year-round.
- Must have one (1) year of prior experience in a similar role.
- Ability to provide meticulous work.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission
vehicles.
- Good time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- One (1) year previous detailing experience.
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License.
- Clean Driver’s Abstract.
