Regional Parts & Warranty Manager

now actively searching for a Regional Parts & Warranty Manager to
join the team.

· Have experience as a Parts Manager in a dealership
environment.
· Have a valid G license, in good standing.
Responsibilities:
· Supervise, direct, lead all aspects of the Regional Parts
and Warranty Process.
· Oversee the ordering, receiving, and stocking of parts to
maintain optimal inventory levels.
· Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize
losses and maximize profitability.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
of inventory records.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize
parts and warranty operations.
• Collaborate with service and sales
departments to ensure seamless integration of parts and warranty services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports
related to parts inventory and warranty claims.
• Train and mentor staff members to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
· Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors
and suppliers.
· Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure competitive
advantage and profitability.
· Stay informed about industry trends and new products.
· Monitor and analyze parts department performance against
established financial goals.
· Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities
for revenue growth.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and
company policies.
· Generate accurate and timely reports on parts department
performance.
· Implement all systems, scheduling and procedures in the
Parts Department
· Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all
departmental expenses under strict control
Skills & Experience:
· Minimum three (3) years relevant parts management
experience in a Dealership environment
· Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory
clerk, preferred
· Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their
applications.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and
problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Inventory management and product knowledge
· Communication with the team and OEM.
