North Vancouver Nissan is looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator.

Essential Duties:

·     Support outbound and inbound phone calls for North Vancouver Nissan.

·     Book sales appointments to maximize the sales department availability to sell.

·     Follow-up on sales leads ensuring customers are satisfied with their visit.

·     Provide customers with a positive experience through excellent service.

·     Maintain knowledge of all sales product offerings.

·     Working in a process-driven work environment with multiple software applications.

·     Working with CRM Systems and updating the customer database.

·     Capture and update customer contact information as per establish guidelines.

·     Respond to all email, voicemail and text messages as required.

·     Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report and forward any escalations/accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.

·     Collaborate with team members to support customer demands.

·     Other duties assigned by Sales Manager.

Experience:

-      Software and Account Management experience is an asset.

-      1-2 years customer service is an asset.
